I had interviewed with Micron Technology (Singapore) fir Machine Learning Manager Position. Completed Two Rounds before they went silent on the Outcome. Round 1 : Zoom Call with the Hiring Director - Technical + Formal discussion on Case Study and Project experience from past. Round2: Take Home exercise to complete DS case Study and Programming using python or language of choice. After submitting the solution for the take home exercise no further communication from HR or from the hiring manager, Somehow i felt it was more of an Time pass activity for them to waste candidate time. I would suggest to streamline your hiring process and be open to the candidate on the situation (if hiring is freeze or not selected) - At least for those who are through to the later stage of interview. Overall very negative experience and would avoid this company in future.
