The entire process took 4 weeks. Had a chat with a recruiter on online University Career Fair platform and directed me for immediate online interview via Skype. 2nd interview came 2 weeks later, both interview with various HODs. Final outcome came 2 weeks after 2nd interview.
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.

Consisted of 2 rounds. First round with 2 senior managers through zoom and onsite interview with director for second round. Questions related to resume and on approach to problem solving.
