They flew my wife and me into Boise the day before the interview. Fancy downtown hotel. On the day of the interview, they set my wife up with a realtor to tour the area and look at housing options.
The interview was with a rotating group of engineers and managers. Plenty of technical questions.

Very chill, ask about human relation issues rather than technical questions, working as a team is important, meeting is approximately 1hr 30 minutes but waiting time for interview was 2 hrs

It was very straightforward. As they were hiring for a startup location therefore they needed people from allied tech fields. I went through 3 rounds, the first was an online Zoom interview, then two rounds of in-person interviews.

Why did I not choose to continue my PhD-related research?
zoom based interview and in total two rounds. Need to prepare slides with outline provided by Micron. Each session took around 1 hour. Interviewers are manager or director level, friendly.
