I applied during the evening on a weekday and had a response email a few hours later requesting a phone interview with the manager for the next day. This phone interview was not technical,, just a few behavioral questions and resume clarifications. I got another phone interview with the manager's boss the next day and it was basically the same - behavioral and resume questions. I was then brought in for an onsite interview which was very long (8 hours) and each hour I was being interviewed by a different person (various managers and members of the team). Majority of these interviews consisted of the general interview questions (what are your strengths, etc.) but the technical portion was focused on projects from school or past internship projects which they focused on certain aspects like programming knowledge and PCB design. I was handed a PCB and told that it had a problem with it, find it. I couldn't figure it out, I expected that the metal trails had a short or something like that but the answer had to do with the path Vcc was traveling. It traveled across the board and back which resulted in power loss that added up over time. Overall, the entire process from applying online to an in-person interview was 4 days - Fastest turn around I have ever seen a company do.
