Entrevista
I interviewed for ncg positions with microchip twice. They paid for my travel expenses and to stay in a nice hotel. One for a test engineer position(sept 2010) and for a reliability engineer position (May 2011) . I interviewed with HR who asked me multiple times if i was willing to relocate and I said I was, and they continued to talk about how its hot in arizona which people are surprised about when they get here. i interviewed with about 5 engineers from the department and related departments each time and had lunch with the department lead. Interview went well and consisted of some technical questions mixed with questions about your collegiate projects, experience and background. Technical questions weren't too hard and which I got them correct. Reliability engineer asked some illegal questions about my family that didn't seem to be asked with malintent. I give the interview a total negative experience because everyone acted like I had the job and the interview went terrifically; but I was sent a rejection letter.
It was a 3 hour interview where I got to meet the team and discuss the role and my qualifications. They gave me a tour of the facility afterwards as well

Begin by arranging a phone interview, followed by in-person meetings with two individuals. One of them is the team manager, while the other holds a higher managerial position. They will pose some questions during these interactions.
