First you do a phone-screening. After that you meet with a floor manger, then the operations manager, then finally the general manager. You would also be ask to take a behavioral quiz and problem-solving quiz.

Went in for the interview and got some questions asked 1:1 and then on the computer with a good score. Got invited to another interview and talked with other supervisors in Microcenter.

Applied online then received a phone call to schedule interview about a week later. Met with the team manager, spoke about past work experience and challenges faced in the field. Right after the interview, I took three assessment tests.
