After applying online they bring you in for a group interview with other possible new hires. After that initial interview they take you into a small room with 2 computers to do a Skills Test and Personality Test. If you pass these they will call you back for a drug screening and send you on your way with a voucher to go to a clinic to take the test 90% of the time if you make it to this portion of the interviewing process you have the job.
