About 3 weeks after applying online, I was contacted for an in-person interview. The panel contained 3 MSP employees and lasted roughly 30 minutes. Within 4 business days, I was offered a contingent offer of employment, pending fingerprint results. Two days after having my prints done, I received a formal job offer. Their employment process was quick and efficient and I have no complaints.
