The interview was conducted by the manager in the classroom and she asked a few questions about customer service, previous jobs and what she was looking for in customer service. It lasted for about 20 minutes. After the interview was over, we shook hands and thanked each other and she said she would get back to me by the end of the week, which she did and was offered job.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
