Super quick and easy. Expectations were super clear and little room left for confusion or miscommunication. Big focus on hitting metrics and adhering to guidelines and standard operating procedures. Pretty standard interview process

The interview was the easiest interview I’ve ever had! They asked me 3 questions. They were short staffed so I was hired on the spot. Interview took about 5 minutes.
Very casual one on one interview. Moved up within the company to the current position I am at now. It can be hard to get a management position without working there prior. From my experience the store manager is the one to conduct interviews.
