I applied probably a week or 2 ago and got a call from the hiring manager but missed it. I called back within an hour and got directed to him and it was pretty simple. He just asked me if I was flexible and if I went to school and then proceeded to tell me I had a face-to-face interview a couple days later. I got there maybe 10 minutes earlier than the schedule time but the manager just told me to wait in the classroom. I was nervous but luckily there was someone in there and chatting with her made me relaxed. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes but by the end of it I got the job. It was kind of nerve-wracking since this was my first interview and I think it went sort of badly now that I think about it but they were really nice and it was really informal.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
