Three part interview, each section was an hour and 15 minutes. First part was values based (describe-a-time-when questions). Second part was technical where they asked a long list of engineering theory / textbook questions. For the second part, they also send you a spreadsheet ahead of time with some general information about a building. They ask for you to calculate the estimated energy consumption of the building and to walk through your calculations during the interview. The last section is with their CEO.
