The interview was carried out by the HR head and the Director (Head of MIBA Pune) and the whole interview for around 1 hour went around the topic boasting about their company and asking why should we pay more than the counter offer which I had. They both were stressing on the same point that there company is the best company to work for and so I should not expect more salary than the counter offer considering the difference in work culture of the companies. It just felt like I was in a vegetable market bargaining for entire 1 hour of the interview and got fed up of listening to their fake self-praising

The interview process is as listed below. 1st round - HR 2nd round - technical 3rd round - HR and leadership The interviews are very professional and the effort that is put up by the interview panel is very high and transparent.
