Question: Describe the Interview Process: I was asked to come in for 2 interviews. The first interview was with three managers and the second interview was with the same 3 managers and the director. After the second interview I received a phone call with an informal offer. Then after responding over the phone I was sent an email that I had to respond to to accept the offer.
