The HR ghosted me initially she called and asked for all the details and the ectc afterwards she said she'll schedule my interview same day so I started preparing for the same later on when I called her she said the resume is with the technical team for review if shortlisted she'll tell me but why ? Then why did you called me if the resume wasn't yet shortlisted? Why you promised me to interview the same day why you took my 25 minutes of time to negotiate the salary even before the resume was shortlisted? Later when I tried following up with the HR she just ghosted my texts and calls no response even no courtesy to give the candidate the assurance that the position is no more there or something. These HR's don't even think before doing these unprofessional stuffs that the candidates must be having some responsibilities and someone to feed at there home how can you play with there emotions ? I wish someone must do the same with them when they hunt the job .
