Interviews was ok but after three interviews they start to look for more candidates and I found out from my friends who started to go for the interview. But when I asked Hr if still interested they said yes to me. After two weeks, no more sound from their side.
Very unprofessional. Good to see this early.
Don’t join this company if they can show this kind of behaviour from the start.

Gut strukturiertes Bewerbungsverfahren mit einem initialen Screening gefolgt von mehreren Interviewrunden und einem Assessment. Klare Kommunikation seitens HR und hohe Transparenz über die nächsten Schritte sowie den Zeitrahmen. Sehr angenehmer und persönlicher Umgang. Generell eine sehr gute Erfahrung im Vergleich zu anderen Firmen.
