Expect to be interviewed by two individuals, one the director of whatever regional facility your applying to, the other, a foreman at the facility. Be friendly. This is important. The general questions are hard to answer incorrectly so expect to offer something a little extra.

It was very organized and very relaxed. I didn't feel pressured to answer correctly. They made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. They asked simple answers, but broad so it made it for an easier response.
