There were 2 rounds. The first one was a screening on phone and the second one was on-site through a Team meeting with ~3 people. No camera was on, and there was a lot of awkward silence.

Basic textbook question on recursion (think Fibonacci or factorial). The interviewers asked me to do it in both recursion and iterative style. When I was able to do both in one try, they asked me if I have seen this problem before. That should clearly tell you their expertise in software development and the level of "engineers" there. KEK.
