Recruiters complain about being ghosted - until they decide you are not the top candidate and then don’t even bother to “decline you” after multiple interviews rounds. The recruiter wouldn’t leave me alone until a second interview that (I agree) didn’t go well and then I became invisible. After being complimented for weeks straight to nothing with no genuine feedback as to why I wasn’t the successful candidate. Unprofessional.
