You take 2 online assessments one of them is a call center simulation, then you answer 2 pages of interview questions and write an essay on why you should be hired. Then you and 3 other interviewees have a panel/group interview with 3 supervisors and a team lead taking turns answering interview questions. It took about 3 weeks after the interview to get called back with the offer.

Great process. Could not have be any better. It was concise and short and to the point. They will ask simple questions for simple answers. Be prepared for a good interview

Contacted by recruiter who then scheduled and interns with the director via zoom (during Covid). Interview was straight forward. I was asked to go over my resume and offered the position a week later

Very quick and was hired on the spot............. They come with great benefits and the starting pay is great!!!!!!!!! This is a great job for people that want to work in the health field.
