Where do I start? First you take an online assessment. Then you give your resume to the HR assistant. There two parts two the online assessment. One is multiple choice. One is listening audio. After the assessment I was told I would get a call back in two days never received one. I have call center experience. Like the previous candidate explained what a waste of time. When I called two days later. I was told oh we called the people we needed. Very unprofessional company.

Great process. Could not have be any better. It was concise and short and to the point. They will ask simple questions for simple answers. Be prepared for a good interview
