All seemed well at first, dealings with HR were timely and interview scheduled quickly for the following week. Interview seemed to go over well also. I asked how long until I would hear back and was given the (standard it appears) ... interviewing this week and next but we have a commitment of 2 weeks to be back in touch. Two and half weeks later I was chasing up, it took them a further 2 days to actually do something. The feedback I got was poor, and basically it said that I did not evidence my answers enough, when I asked why the interviewer didn't ask for clarification, it seems they should have added psychic abilities to the list of requirements and "I should have known what they were looking to hear". All in all a waste of time and effort and don't kid yourself, Ageism is alive and prevelant in todays job market.
