Pretty bog standard really. The opportunity was quite good but the interview process left a little to be desired. The hiring manager was friendly and knew exactly what he wanted, and it felt that way- perhaps a little close minded, and a little defensive when questioned about glassdoor reviews, which put me off. There wasn't much mention or concern around cultural fit and it felt very much like they were procuring a machine to do a job, rather than a person for a team.
