It was a pleasant interview. The admin that hired me was very nice---we actually had a lot in common. We discussed my qualifications and asked me a bit about data entry.

Very informal and friendly. It was more about whether I fit in the office culture rather than my qualifications, since they had actually read that before the interview, which is fairly rare it seems. Not intimidating at all, mostly personality and work style based questions.

They mostly told me about the day to day business operations and then asked how I felt I would do in that environment. It wasn't really a formal interview like any other I've had. They had me meet other employees and I appreciated that they value the opinions of their other employees in the hiring process.
