Really no process, they saw my resume was strong in sales so it was more like what they would do for me if I went to work for their clients, all startup companies.

Applied to Sales Position with Company A. I asked for recommendations to prepare for interview, was told to study company A. Come interview, am notified that Company A will no longer be a client with MetaGrowth, but Company B is looking for a Sales Rep. If I want position with Company A, I'll need to talk to someone else. I follow up later to ask about that point of contact, and am then told that I'm not qualified for that job.
So I am told to study Company A, told in the interview that they won't interview me for that role, and then later told I am not qualified.
This along with the fact that Company B has undergone a name change, has two different websites that are nearly identical, but different names, and has very little information published on it has made me lose confidence in the hiring process.
Also, job description for both companies is exactly the same. Both offer nearly guaranteed 6 figures in commission to sell a product that "sells itself"...
I'm not desparate enough to figure out what happens next.
