Only did the first assessment with a Recruiter. He asked me only behavioural questions, experience, and salary expectations.
Told me that he would get in contact soon. However, just totally ghosted.
Applying directly via company career site. Once the qualification meets the requirements. Recruiter will schedule a screening call to go over resume before setting up an appointment with the hiring manager. Once found favorable, additional interviews with other stakeholders.
Two rounds - screening interview was with the hiring manager. Next round was with 4 lawyers on the team. Two of the interviewers seemed to be looking for very specific answers (unclear to me what those were). One interviewer was late/stressed, which affected her ability to pay attention and stay engaged.
