Applied online.The process took about 3 weeks.The initial screen was with a HR over email.Next interview was with Tech team over phone. Next I was called at Metlife Office for 2 rounds of Behavioural Interview spanning for 2 hours. After Behavioural Interview got an email from HR after 2 days that they already have shortlisted another candidate(consultant) who has more knowledge to the specific project.Not sure what is the point in calling me for interview and wasting each other's time. The tech interview was good from subject area relevant to the job.The behavioral interview was very standard.
