I had an initial phone screen that took about 15 minutes. It was very relaxed. I was a little off my game as I had not interviewed in a while but loosened up a few minutes into it. She explained the position and asked standard questions about the commute and whether I was legally allowed to work in the US. Then she asked a few questions about my resume and a couple of behavioral questions. I wasn't sure I made the cut but received a call for an in person Interview a week later. Still going through the process.
