Entrevista
Started with a one hour phone interview with two people about project management specifics. After that I had two, one hour in-person interviews with two different people. The in-person interview was a behavior interview.
The overall process was long and rather disorganized. I suspect that at the time they have not ironed out all of their recruitement processes.

They wanted to know the details of the projects I had led, like how large the budgets were, how many people involved, where they were geographically, etc. It was challenging, and I would suggest studying your past projects in depth in order to be answer such questions. Also, be able to talk about challenges that you have overcome as a PM. This was the most challenging part of the interview. The in person behavioral interview was easier. There are lots of behavioral practice interview questions online to help you prepare.

Painful - lots of short 30 minute or less interviews face to face; Only had time for 3 or 4 questions from the interviewer before the time was up; each took half a day of my time to drive there, wait, and drive back only to be told I would be a better fit for another group and they want to interview me months from now.

First, there are two phone screens with the 3rd party recruiting team. If you are a good match for the position, you are then set up for a phone call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager then sets up a time for you to meet 1:1 along with 2 or 3 other team members.
