great, very communicative and straightforward. Focus on why your role, where you want to be, why Mesirow, what interests you, etc etc, knowledge of markets and macro events, and resume walkthrough tailored to opportunity

Straightforward and enjoyable process in which mainly personal questions were asked and did not largely focus on technical skills. There was an intial getting to know you one interview that was not nerve wracking.
