overkill, took way too long, interviewed with three mamagers. more interested in what business you can bring in, friends, family etc. because most dont make sales goals. Very munc like the life insurance model. I was not impressed with any of the hiring managers - very average people despite reputation

The interview process included a phone call with a recruiter followed by a meeting with the VP of PMD program. Then there was a test and a meeting with the office’s MD and VP of the PMD program. I was then asked to prepare a business plan which I presented to several VPs in a final round interview.

Applied online and had a video interview followed by Two in person Interviews- One with Performance Manager, basic behavioral questions and reviewing resume. Also reviewed the position job duties and responsibilities. Second with panel discussing business plan and additional questions.
