The interview process was great! They made sure to make me feel welcomed, they were friendly, and didn't try to intimidate at all. The interview room consisted of myself, and 3 members of the management team. Again, there was no trace of intimidation that you might expect with a big brand like Merrill.

Behaviorals were very easy consisting of just simple situational tasks. The lady was very nice and asked why bank of america and why financial advising. She then asked a bunch of questions on differeent situations
