The recruiter was not replying to any of my emails, and not even telling me about any progress with my application unless I called him first on the phone ( of course after I try to send him an email or a message on Linkedin and never reply for days ). last thing was he told me to call him for an update after I finished the whole process of 3 interviews and investing 3 days in the technical task that they asked for and got positive feedback, he told me that I am accepted and negotiated with me the offer and I asked him to send me that over an email and he never did! 10 days after he sent me an SMS!!!! telling me that I am sorry but we decided not to procced with the contractor type of contracts and I already started rejecting new interviews cause I thought I was already accepted with them. This is overall my worst and the most unprofessional interview process from the beginning I have ever had.
