Hiring process was very organized and straightforward. The interview was difficult, but my interviewers were very kind and welcoming. There were some questions I wasn't sure about, and a logic test about figuring out the revenue for a cinema. Make sure you really read up on PPC knowledge, they ask a lot of questions specifically about PPC.

Applied online by filling out the form and answering some competency questions. If successful, you will be sent a video interview link, roughly 5 questions and takes no more than 10 minutes: things about yourself and a few technical questions. You are then invited to the group interview stage: individual interview, icebreaker and group task where you list items of importance. If you are successful, you will be invited to the final interview stage. I believe that you will be talking more about what you've written in your CV (have not heard back whether I am successful). They don't always ask the same questions, so just knowing some basic technical aspects of PPC is fine and they give you a list to prepare before the group interview.
