I applied online and received an email from a recruiter regarding a phone screen. I did the phone screen and she said they would follow up with me by January 3 or 4. It is mid-February and I have not heard a thing from them. My application status says it is "under review" yet the job requisition was marked as "expired" and the job was posted again today. It is very unprofessional to ghost candidates.
