Entrevista
Initially a phone interview then was invited for a group interview - 6 of us. After a presentation about the company and the role, we spoke individually answering 5 questions we had prepared, including a PPC related question. Finally, gave us a completely unrelated group task in which they observed us talk among ourselves.

The first stage is the submission of your CV and written answers to some questions like 'What is one interesting thing you have read about PPC marketing?' The second stage is a video interview, the first few questions asking about A-Level choices and degree modules. There is also a technical question, how are ads ranked on Google, and then more questions about you. Most of the questions have unlimited preparation time except for the technical one so make sure you read up beforehand. The third stage is an assessment day at the office and the last stage is a final round interview.

First a 30 min phone interview- fairly straightforward yet some of the questions on PPC were quite specific and technical- previous research is a must!
Then I was invited to an assessment centre with other 5 people. We had to do a 5 minute presentation about ourselves answering 4 questions and one PPC-related question (all of them were given before hand). Following that there was a brief group task.
Unfortunately, they only asked three other candidates to stay for a 1-to-1 interview, which made a bit skeptical about the whole recruiment process. Besides the short 5 min presentation we were not given any other chance to talk to anyone of the HR team. I was very disappointed.
Overall, the company looks like a cool place to work though.
