Very arrogant staff. They are hard to read in interviews. You get the feeling that this might be a good place to work, but they don't tell you about the job responsibilities until after they hire you. The office culture doesn't click very well. They mostly stay in their offices and keep as much information bottled up as possible. I think it may be their fear that others might be able to take their jobs. Not alot of room for advancement. Too many chefs and not enough waiters.
