Interview process was lengthy but relatively expeditious. They get a negative rating because this company does not support or give any type of priority to veterans. I sat for a total of 4 lengthy zoom interviews and a writing assignment. I have impeccable direct experience leading proposals and working in their proposal software solution RFPIO. I asked that they also take into consideration my status as a US Army veteran. After all the interviews and writing exercise, I was told another candidate was selected. I asked them to provide feedback from the multi-hour interview process and asked them to confirm that the candidate they had chosen was also a military veteran. I received no substantive response and was simply told "we selected the best fit for the role." That told me all I needed to know, that they in fact chose a non-veteran candidate over an me, an equally (and directly) qualified veteran candidate. Most companies claim to support veterans and put them first, but these are clearly just words in most cases. Yet another company that, when all other qualifications and skills are equal, does not value military service. Steer clear and take your career interests elsewhere.
