I did not mind interviewing inside a vacant unit wherein because they were in the middle of reconstruction but the interviewers both upper Management were so unprofessional, was answering calls and stepping out the room during my interview with them. When asked about their benefits, neither one of them had an answer as to how many vacation days or how their 401k worked. Unprofessional and did not seem to know what they were doing.

Over the phone, they already had someone in mind, it didnt matter how qualified i was because supervisor wanted her friend for the position even though that person had 6yrs less experience, was a joke and very unprofessional
