I interviewed from another state. The total interview process took about 3 weeks and consisted of approximately four separate interviews. It was intense but effective, and the process allowed me to determine if I was the right fit and if Mercy was the right fit for me. The process started with the 20 minute recruiter interview, then the 60 minute hiring manager interview, followed by a personality style interview which was scheduled for 2 hours. Mine took about 90 minutes and was very thorough. Finally, there was a Skype interview. It took an additional 3 weeks before an offer was made, but this was due to the process spanning 2 holidays.
