I applied online and a week or so later, I received a call from their recruiter saying that they were looking for a temporary entry level position. The process was really quick, went to interview the very next day. However, the on-site interview was brutal. They basically want someone to take entry level pay for mid level skills. They had no interest in my school or side projects. Once they asked if I knew all the frameworks that they used or not, I could tell the interview was pointless. But the silver lining is that they were really friendly the whole time. It's not a surprise that this position is ALWAYS listed. They need to lower their expectations.
