Question based interview, no presentation required. Questions were competency based and situational, to assess working in a team and decision making capability. Overall good interview, and interview panel were supportive. Online via teams.

The interview process was not difficult. There two people on the interview your reporting Manager and the senior manager, both asked different scenario questions and asked me to provide examples from previous experience such as ‘give an example on when you have had to give a client bad news and what did you do’

Give an example of when you have had to give a client some bad news and what did you do
It was very friendly and open discussion during every interview. Very clear process and straight forward. HR gave feedback after each step, which not all the companies are doing nowadays. Positive impression from the interview and from the whole process itself. I found the questions professional, also the interviewer explained about the company, culture, products which the company produces. It also gave a lot of insights about the job and company.
