Initial phone screening with recruiter, in person with Region Manager. Then, travel to Atlanta to meeting with Region Director. Then, offer came from Region Manager. The recruiter was the most difficult.

Not defined job description for the position. Expectation too high for a junior rank role. Business in each country is run locally based on country performance. Disadvantage of running global companies expanding to local entities creates a lot of dysfuction to local level employees.

Contacted by a recruiter regarding position. Interviewed with HR via phone, then a couple weeks later with a manager, and then a week later with the same manager plus the new district manager, then a confirmational interview with RD. RD is final interview and just makes sure you are a fit with company.
