Very drawn out, I had actually just assumed I was rejected because it took a while to even get an HR screening. It ended up being an HR screen and then a panel interview onsite.
The screen was straightforward. The panel onsite was a little annoying bc (1) I was essentially assigned a date/time with little flexibility and (2) the vast majority of people I met with joined remotely. I also didn't get a tour, so there wasn't too much benefit to doing onsite. I essentially came onsite to sit in a conference room and talk to a screen. After my interviews, I was told there was someone else who wanted to meet with me (not on schedule, no idea who it was) and asked if I could wait in the room until they became available.
