Got a screening call from recruiter a month post applying. I was asked to describe my experience, visa status etc. Know the JD well. The recruiter will ask you if you have preferred skill experience or not
Second interview was almost a month after initial screening. It was with the HM and senior executive director of the department. They gave me some scenarios and asked to troubleshoot them. It went 20 minutes overtime. I hear in 48h about third and final interview. It was 45 minutes seminar followed by questions. Audience response was good. I also had 30 minutes one-on-one interviews with team members. It was a lot more technical.

I was asked immune response to vaccine, what assay I'll design. Why cell mediated IR is important. Also few behavioural questions. Be prepared for solid grilling over basic knowledge
They were very nice. I liked the process and meeting the people in the team. They flew me to Rahway to give a 45 minute seminar followed by some panel-like interviews. However, I did not get the position and they never provided any feedback.
