Met recruiter during career fair and then had an online interview with a panel of three full-time employees which was mainly behavioral STAR method questions which lasted around 30 minutes

Entrevista
In person interview at university by alumni, after talking to representatives at career fair. Whole process took around 3 weeks from career fair to offer. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My interview was about 23 minutes and it consisted of brief behavioral questions. The conversation was very formal and almost entirely focused on my answers to questions. It was not very conversational.

The interview consisted of mostly behavioral and some technical questions. The interviewer was very nice and personable. I did not have a ton of experience, but it did not negatively impact the interview
