Contacted by phone; dinner night before and presentation next morning. Background check and one on one interviews, particularly alot of HR type questiosn from scientists (how do you handle conflicts, problem solve, multitask, etc).
Diverse and interesting. It was two rounds and I was recruited on Indeed. The first interview was over the phone and the second was over zoom and with three people.

What my course of action would be if I was unsure about what I was doing,
the first round was hr and later proceeded with the manager and team manager and it was during corona times so then directly personal meet up. it was great. The location and site helped for easy transition and later the day to day job started
