It was on campus recruiting. They did a whole info session and came to fairs. Was interviewed by 2 different people, mostly behavioral. Was never contacted about the outcome despite multiple follow-ups.
Prior to the interview, HR rep contacted me and we had set up a call to discuss the type of personnel they were seeking for. Following the call, an interview was planned to be conducted.
It was a difficult interview to prepare because of the importance of this interview. The questions were somehow difficult, but with a good preparation it was a smooth process to continue.
