After having a test at the end of the master, I was able to choose this company, competing with the other students of the class (depending on the qualification, or the mark obtained in the test)
The interview in which I was evaluated (i mean, the requirements to enter in the pharmaceutical world) was the same to enter the master. and the director asked me for a certificate of my qualifications at University, and after that, i passed an interview in English about my knowledge of Clinical Trials, and my work experience.

Scheduling the interview was curt and inflexible. The team demanded something in-person and opted to reimburse my travel costs of a few hundred dollars instead of pivoting and providing a virtual option. For this specific position, and considering what the in-person interview entailed, the entire excursion was rendered wasteful nonsense.
The interview itself was overly formal and the team lacked personality and basic relational skills. I was offered the position and chose to go with a competitor who I had a much better (and more genuine) experience with.

Three rounds, one with HR over the phone, an in-person interview with 2 managers and a director and then a final virtual interview with the executive director. First question asked was, "what do you know about Merck"

I was asked a lot of situational questions, not as many technical ones. Examples include, "how would you resolve a conflict you have with your direct manager"
First was a 20 minute Recruiter/HR phone screen, then there was a 30 minute Phone screen with Hiring Manager, then eventually a 45 minute virtual panel interview. The hiring process took about 3 months from start to finish.
