You must take an online assessment test to qualify for the phone screen. It takes about an hour and half to complete. Requires you to do calculations of percentages etc. with given scenarios. The rest is sales acumen and personality questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to sell clinically?
Was organized and went through the process quickly. From application to job offer was under 30 days. There were two screening phone calls, one with the hiring manager and one with HR, and a panel interview.
Usual discussion based on random questions about your previous experience, asking about customer’s relationship management, achievements, responsibilities and your skills set. 3 rounds procedure including 2 online and 1 offline sessions. Easygoing people and friendly process
